MOUTH WATERING CREAMY GRAHAM CAKE

NO-BAKE CAKES

When I was a kid, I have always wanted to be a chef. I was so amazed how chefs finish a wonderful sculptured layered cake without even batting an eyelash. I have always wanted to take a crash course in culinary arts but my parents didn't have enough money to send me to a culinary school so I just busied myself with all the recipes I could get my hands on.

Don't get me wrong. I'm not a chef. I just like the idea of cooking. Baking is actually not my cup of tea. I had one disaster when I tried to put my hands on it, so I settled with the easy no-bake-types-of baking.

No-bake cakes are easier and result are just the same. You need not go to the oven just to know that the ingredients got burnt big time. No need to gauge the oven temperature, or no need to look for your timer. All you need are the ingredients and your fridge, you're good to go!

PEACH GRAHAM CAKE

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

  • 2 packs of graham crackers
  • 2 cups of chilled whipped cream
  • 1½ cup condensed milk
  • 1 can of peaches (sliced thinly)

HOW TO DO IT:

Mix the well-chilled whipped cream and the condensed milk until well blended. Set it aside for the meantime. Get a square or rectangular pan and arrange the graham cookies on the pan. Pour the blended milk and whipped cream over the first layer of graham crackers until every part is covered. Put thin slices of peaches on top and cover with another layer of graham cookies. Pour in the combination of whipped cream and condensed milk, then add the peaches on top. Do it repeatedly until you run out of milk mixture and graham cookies. Add slices of peaches on top. Chill for 30 minutes to an hour then serve.

This is really easy. You just need 10 minutes to finish the preparation and you have a delicious dessert to serve to your families and friends. You can also make mangoes or lemon as substitute for peaches. You can also make choco-layed graham cakes by crashing Oreo cookies or add m&m's or cocoa powder.

This is fun and easy. You don't need to be a chef to do this. You don't need an oven to finish this. And you can do this while watching TV.
